Being digital content, a purchase cannot be returned or cancelled. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple’s policies decide it. Cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before its next renewal in your Apple ID’s settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone). You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for. |
